1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MFCT Community Foundation platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To become a member or make a donation, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Donations from minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Donations & 80G Tax Exemption

All donations made to MFCT Community Foundation are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors must provide their valid PAN card details to claim this deduction. Receipts will be issued automatically upon successful realization of funds.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading KYC documents.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Misuse community funds or misrepresent emergency aid requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction

MFCT Community Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
